Friendly folks, So glad we did not buy our sofa online. Bought a reclining Lazy-Boy sofa and, a spring holder clip broke.
They came out at no charge at all and fixed the sofa back to brand new. Thanks Stone Barn!!! You guys stand by what you sell.
Never buy furniture from an unknown supplier online!!!

Was Looking for living room furniture and was recommended Stone Barn furniture. Paula our sales consultant did an excellent job of helping us find the sofa we were looking for. She was also very helpful in color selections. I didn’t realize there were so many options with a Smith Brothers piece of furniture.We ordered the piece and it was delivered to our house within a month of purchase. Even the delivery crew was very helpful. We have dogs we didn’t want up on our new sofa. One of the delivery crew told us to put aluminum foil on the sofa to keep the dogs off. It did the trick. We have had our Smith Brothers sofa for about a month now and love it.

Stone Barn is a cozy furniture store with a good variety of quality furniture at great prices. I've been a customer here for over 10 years and we always buy from Stone Barn. Couches, kitchen tables, living room furniture, leather sofas - I have always had a positive experience with the store. The staff is knowledgeable and has never pressured us. They genuinely want you to be happy with what you buy - a real family-owned feel.They have a big selection on 3 floors and sell some really good furniture. I have worked the sales folks to design and order something I've really liked and purchased off the floor. I've always been happy.

We purchased a Bassett leather set from Stone Barn in February. It was a 16 wk delivery which I understood. When it was delivered in April, we immediately realized it was not a good fit in our living room, and it's very uncomfortable. We tried to get used to it, we couldn't, it's the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever owned and it scratches very easily. Another thing I didn't expect from leather.Within 5 days of our delivery I called Stone Barn to voice my concerns and was told it cannot be returned. After spending $6500, we are left with unusable furniture. I'm so disappointed.
