Terrible experience, I came in to get my screen protector replaced and everyone in the store was clueless, the man who replaced my iPhone 14 pro max installed it VERY unevenly and if I didn’t get it replaced RIGHT AWAY it could’ve RUINED my phone, I ended up driving to the one on Quentin Road because this joint is a JOKE!

The staff here are all consistently rude to me, every single time I come in to the store. Often times they glare at me like I have 7 heads before they answer the most simple questions, such as “do you have the iPhone 14 available”. The manager walks around with headphones on, and does not hear when her employees ask for help because she’s too busy watching Netflix. They will sigh loudly once they learn that I used to be a sprint customer, and none of them really have any idea what they are doing. I would imagine that you could pick a random person off of the street and they would be more helpful than any of the staff here. Go to another store, even if it’s busy!

It's clear that the employees there have no clue what they are doing. Also, the girl Manda that works there dropping F bombs left and right. Once she got our $700 for our new phones she moved on to help her friend so I had to attempt to set up the phones myself. Left to go to another Tmobile store. Horrible!!@

I don’t recommend sprint at all I’m a front line worker and now I can’t talk to my family because they fried my phone, the store also isn’t true to there word please don’t go to sprint. Sprint doesn’t even deserve a star I would recommend at&t!

Exceptional customer service. Ben and Carlos resolved an issue I was having with my phone. They were courteous and professional and greeted every customer pleasantly!

At Sprint store in Lebanon Valley Mall and Seth S. has been AMAZING!!!!!! He is helpful and patient in transferring my phone number to my new iPhone11!!!! So much appreciation for this young man for his help!

After continuously bad experience with another carrier, I finally decided to shop around a few years ago. I made the rounds and although Sprint did have the best deal, the reason we chose to switch was the service we got at this store. And when it was time to upgrade our phones, of course we went back again. The salesman, Carlos, patiently answered all of our questions and worked with the manager to help us get new phones and accessories at an awesome price. We will absolutely be back here again next time!
