I had a very unpleasant experience, employee even told me to shut up and go about my business her name was Kathy and the store was 195 Rocherty Rd, Lebanon , PA 17042. To give you a summary I went in there to buy some products spend my hard earn money you know but unfortunately I am never going back in there nor will my friends i am a five guys manager I used the wrong card and had to void my transaction but apparently it was too much for Kathy to do she proceeded to tell me this is out of my hands there is nothing I can do so I asked to speak to the manager very nice lady helped me out , but was unable to control her employee comments. As her manager is helping out she proceeded to tell me to step out of the line so she can help her other customers when I patiently waited in line for my turn. I step off cuz I’m really not trying to do this I just got off work. I would like an apology she even thought I was bringing race into this when all I said was ma am what you are doing is extra and unprofessional she said well I don’t care you came in here to give me a hard time. When 1 I just wanna go home 2 I made a simple mistake in using the wrong card 3 her manager understood what I was saying and was able to do exactly what I was asking Kathy to do. This staff needs training I spend over 60 dollars but trust me I won’t spend a single dime more unless I am able to get an apology. Thank you guys so much for your time. Not that she need to be fired but she definitely can use some training in customer service a call let me know it’s being handle would be enough and I won’t spread this experience around cuz honestly she take the cake on rude cashiers.

Stopped in for lunch and used self scan kiosk. 1 item would not scan and I pressed button for assistance but not one cashier or manager on duty even acknowledged my request and I stood there like an idiot waiting for 4-5 minutes while they continued to take customers in line. Terrible customer service.

Twenty minute wait for two hot dogs and some fries. I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t said something. My hot dogs sat on the counter for fifteen minutes getting cold while everyone else got their order. There were six or eight people back there. No idea what the heck goes on at this store. Never had such a problem at a Sheetz. I’ll never come back to this one. Ridiculous.

20 MINUTES TO MAKE 2 HOT DOGS!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I WATCHED 3 PEOPLE COME IN AFTER ME AND GET SERVED FIRST WHILE HAVING MASSIVE ORDERS WHILE I WAITED LITERALLY 20 MINUTES FOR 2 HOT DOGS. WHILE ALSO WATCHING WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE THE FOOD SERVICE MANAGER THROWING FILLED SAUCE CUPS AT THE EMPLOYEES AND LAUGHING. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR REVIEW. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR AND SERVICE!!

I was very exited to eat my sandwich that I ordered. I was met with an immense amount of displeasure when I found my delicious creation no where to be found. It was swapped with an another’s unpaid for creation. I think you can see why I am very upset. I would like some kind of compensation for this atrocious mistake. Thanks.
