As soon as I placed my order, I could hear an employee complaining about me ordering. I’m honestly confused, as that’s half the point of the whole store. I was then told they had no parts of what I ordered… guess this store doesn’t like profit? I bought nothing and went elsewhere. Will never come back

Went in there and ordered some food. There was this really hot chick working, and she gave the best service I have ever had at a Rutters. The food was really good and I think her name was daisy. Anyways I had a great experience.

Must be nice to be getting probably over $20/hr at this point, and lean at the register and scream at customers to put your items closer to her because she is too lazy. How you are employed is beyond me. The line goes back to the alcohol drinks and you refuse to stand up. You are always leaning and nobody can see you, nor do you offer to help your coworkers. Free money must be nice because you certainly arent working.

Never had any issues coming here. Typically visit for bottles drinks or fountain drinks. Don't often order from the made-to-order, but has been good in the past. Gas prices seem fair to the area. Staff always seem pleasant.

Female employees often have attitudes for no reason. Will make a problem out of basically nothing . They will deny selling adults over 30 cigarettes if they are with kids at all claiming they're trying to buy children cigarettes. Pathetic

Many of the employees are very rude and disrespectful. Only few are polite and communicate well with the customers. There is never a reason to be disrespectful to anyone ever. I have personally witnessed the rudeness to my kids and also have been treated badly. I had my head down outside resting and my eyes closed and was accused of sleeping. Despite trying to explain I wasn't feeling well because I am diabetic and that I was just resting while waiting for my ride that I felt like I was going to vomit. He wouldn't get off the fact that I was sleeping when I wasn't. Yes I jumped when he came up bc he smacked the metal table right next to my head. What a jerk?! My eyes were just closed, had he just took a moment and said excuse me, he would have realized my eyes were just closed. But NO he had to be a disrespectful and rude jerk. Even with my eyes open I would have jumped. I have PTSD and those kind of actions affect me regardless. They damn near need all new employees.
I can say that only maybe 5 of them are worth keeping.

Nice truckstop, but don't bother stopping here because local truckers drop their trailers and personal cars in the truck spots.No parking is available in the middle of the day.Truckers are forced to park somewhere else on the side.Management needs to do something about itAnd NO, I don't want to submit any feedback on your website. Rutter's gas generally seems good quality which is the only reason this is getting a star.I generally don't like to rate poor reviews but I frequent this location and the customer service is abysmal. Employees without shoes on, frequently less than cordial. I have been coming here because it's convenient near my location but I will be taking my business to the Sheetz down the road from now on.

Management is friendly, helpful and down to earth. The food is better than a lot of restaurants in lebanon. Machines don't hit very often, besides that, this rutters is great.
