Store associates seem to have been trained by the best. Excellent service. If the store has any imperfections I haven't seen them.

They don't answer the phone and don't fill the right prescription we don't have the gas money to keep going there for nothing and the day before they had my prescription ready now it's not in stock. This rite aid needs to do better outrageous ?

Always a terrible experience. Prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable amount of time. Last night I had an Urgent Care run with my 6 year old. I already knew the script wouldn’t be ready last night but now this morning I spent 45 mins on hold…waiting so see if my script is ready before I waste my gas as I usually do. They don’t even let you speak or answer them before they throw you on hold. For a multibillion dollar company they sure do hate their customers and employees

The pharmacy NEVER picks up the phone you can Call 20 times and they won't pick it up. Not even if you wanna check to see if your medicine is ready! Just horrible!

The employees at the counter are always nice and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacy used to be good, I had no issues. After the pandemic hit, it really affected this place. I used to brush issues off and owe it to the supply chain issues and labor shortage but now it seems this place is just full of employees who are burnt out. I see upwards of 10 employees behind the pharmacy counter now and I'm getting my scripts filled fast like they used to so I'm glad they got additional staffing but customers still stand in a line for at least 10 minutes and if you are in the drive thru you are waiting a solid 20-30 minutes. I've called multiple times in the last two weeks (different hours each time) and my provider has called the provider line and left 3 voicemails with no response. They weren't filling a medication I needed because of an error that could be solved in a quick phone call. A few months ago, I had to call another Rite Aid to look at this Rite Aid's stock because they wouldn't answer their phone. I feel sad for the people who depend heavily on phone communication and don't have the means to get to the store. I keep hoping things will change, I'd hate to transfer five people's prescriptions. Please send more staff to this location.

Pharmacy services it is really bad. Sometimes they can’t find people prescriptions, or handle other people prescriptions. Never go to the Drive Thru unless you have time to wait at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get services by someone inside the pharmacy. This pharmacy here is one of the worst I ever seen, in the other hands outside the pharmacy, employees threat customers with respect and help customers to get what they needs.

I went to this location for a flu shot and it was a total nightmare. I waited in a very long line, when the gentleman behind the counter asked how he could help me I told him I had an appointment for a flu shot. Another woman from the back shouted that they were not doing walk ins that day. I explained that I made an appointment online. I sat down to wait until they came out and asked for my insurance card, waited some more before being called back for my shot. At this point I had been at the pharmacy for an hour. On the way home I realized my insurance card had not been returned to me. However, their lunch break was about to start so I continued home and tried to call later. I called twice and the line was busy on the 3rd and 4th tries, there was no answer. The 5th try, I was out on hold and no one came back to the phone. Finally around dinner time I got an answer, explained that my card wasn’t returned to me and I was out on hold again. The pharmacist came to the phone and said she had seen my card, put it aside and forgot where she had put it but that she would look and call me back. Around closing time she called and was not able to find it. While she was very apologetic, I found this experience to be very frustrating and unprofessional. I likely will not be using rite aid pharmacy in the future.
