I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Mr. Jim and this funeral home. He made such a difficult situation comfortable. His humor (at just the right moments) kept me from breaking down into tears. Jim was very kind and caring. I highly recommend this place!

We have recently suffered a major loss in our family. We went along with her services. On 5/6/21 I have witnessed the owner aggressively yell at mourning family members and guest shortly before services began. being that it was a day to say farewell to a close family member I chose not to address it not to cause stress on our grieving family. Not one of her employees gave condolences including HERSELF. ON 5/7/21 the woman pictured above once again yelled at family members and guest. So I asked the man pictured above "why is she speaking like that?" his response was " AND who are you to the family""I am a family member"" what part of the family""close cousin"" Well close cousin you can park with the family since you are family". I drove up to Melanie and told her, "you have been extremely disrespectful to us since yesterday. You need to learn manners and respect because you have been yelling at everyone here for no reason at all. We are suppose to be grieving" I have never seem such an evil smile as she grabbed on to my vehicle without consent. I parked and went in. This woman was asked a question was told a family member "if you do not know how funerals go then I can not help you". As we drove off the the cemetery, the sister of the decease saw the hearse hit a curve and saw the vehicle rock back and forth.Our obituary was wrong and the mother of the deceased let Melanie know it was messed up and Melanie still gave the grieving mother the one with the errors and when asked to have one that was fixed Melanie told my aunt in text that to receive another one, my aunt would need to pay her for it, even though the error was "fixed" before my aunt was sent a copy. To highlight our care by her, Melanie Also has a secret pricing list not advertised on her page for LATINOS. I wrote a quick recap of what we experienced to bring awareness about her customer service. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY PLEASE DO NOT SEEK SERVICES FROM THIS PERSON.

Jim helped to make a very difficult situation into a positive experience. His expertise and wisdom was greatly appreciated. He was a pleasure to work with from the moment he picked upthe phone and answered my initial questions and through the whole process. I highly recommend using this funeral home.
