Terrible drive-through. Be ready to be ignored. Usually takes more than 5 mins for bank employee to acknowledge me at drive-through.

It is seriously a disgrace to the town of Lebanon that this bank is still in business. Never have I visited a financial institution that was this lazy, incompetent, and indifferent to their own failure. This could quite possibly be the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

The team at the Northwest Bank in Lebanon was great to deal with. I was treated like my needs were important and I have never had that with my last bank.
