Good prices, better that they offer a discount for AAA.. sadly this location will not change a car battery (despite the website saying they do) or offer you the tools to do it yourself. They gave me attitude when I said I no longer wanted their $230 battery if it didn't come with a free install.

I have used this location multiple times and have had nothing but great service. Staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. Jim has helped me on numerous occasions. I came in looking for break pads. He took the time and explained what the different lines of break pads meant. He made recommendations on pads and rotors for my needs and a special lube to use on my calipers to extend their life. When I came in with air conditioner problems he helped me find what I needed and even put the Freon in my car!!!! Would highly recommend.

Showed up at this location for a warrantied part replacement in military uniform. All three guys behind the desk are wearing "support the troops" tee shirts. Right off the bat Jim behind the counter is unhelpful, disgruntled, and flat out rude to me and the three other Soldiers i came in with. He's sighing like we're asking him to do something well beyond the scope of his job, giving us attitude the entire time. Eventually refuses to help us. Ended up leaving to go to another store. Do not patronize this location. They might pretend to support the military with their branding and promotional signs, but the service we received definitely says otherwise.

This place is very helpful. I don't have my own car, but my dad goes here to see what's wrong with his vehicles sometimes. This place can be expensive though.
