Someone opened a fraudulent bank account in my name. I called M&T to inquire if the fraudulent bank account was made online or if it was made in person. They stated that they could not share that information over the phone. I no longer live in Pennsylvania or in a state that has a M&T bank, so I will not be able to get access to that information and the representative offered no other information to help.In short, they will help someone open a Fraudulent bank account but will not help you persecute the thieves.

The worst, computers are always down. They are not organized. I’m done with this bank. Some of the employees are very nice but the other half are not and seem lazy

This bank has the slowest drive-up window - they should call it the long wait line. I waited 20 minutes today why they work with a driver from out-of-state. They should have told the individual to go inside. This is the closet M and T bank to be and they are constantly very slow and under-staffed.

Bank manager and customer service are excellent (5 stars), but the drive-thru tellers are very slow.

The company is fine, but this specific location is awful. Horrible customer service, and the drive thru takes at least 15 minutes EVERY time I go to simply deposit some cash. Get some friendly employees who actually care about whether or not their customers are satisfied.
