“A Big shoutout to Noah and the girl who was helping him, maybe she was the Manager but ya they both where so Awesome! I was there on Friday 10/3 between Noon and 1pm and the employees there where helping another customer and I patiently waited and then Noah had a moment to come over and talk to me. He was very nice and talked with me about my Wireless needs. I was very eager to switch from my old provider to Cricket after speaking with Noah, him and the girl there made it happen. I had all of my information they needed and the process was very smooth. I used to work for another phone company in the past so I was very prepared and both employees really liked that so it made their job a lot easier. My coverage seems pretty good compared to my old provider and I now have double the Data Plan I did before. Thanks for being so awesome! Keep up the good work!”
“I went in today to Verizon, and it was one of the best experiences I have had, I went to the Tcc verizon and the man Scott helped me with everything I needed, BEYOND HELPFUL, he really gives true customer service and has a great team behind him, Shaq also was there and dealing with customers and still being respectful enough to converse with me inbetween, i just want to say thank you to both of you, now as of the Verizon next to Jersey Mikes, NEVER GO THERE, his name was Jason and gave me the worst customer experience of my life, absolutely horrendous , if it wasnt for the other store thanks to Scott, i would have switched phone plans”
