Had the pleasure of visiting Metro Pc on Bowman St. Lebanon Pa. Gipzy who is the store manager assisted me with adding accessories to my iPhone. She was absolutely delightful, friendly and professional.

The owner of this store and his employees are not helpful and ignorant.. accusing someone of stealing a phone they bought @ this very store is horrible bussiness practice. Receipts dont lie though. I promise if metro knew how they spoke to people there it would be an issue.

I got a new phone and a new phone number, case and screen protector included, with a monthly bill of only 65.00 per month! Plus I have hotspot/mobile Internet to share with my kids while we're on the go, and they love it! Service is great and wonderful sales representatives.

Just bought a new phone Dec.8th because my old phone was braking up and people could not understand me. I explained that to the lady there . I decided to buy a new phone very helpful people there until you have a problem. After several hours there I left hoping to have a working phone,buy January first people started telling me that I was breaking up again. I call the store and they told me they could not help me. So I payed all that money for about a month not happy with how I was treated.

Customer service at this store is horrible! I have been a customer for many years and needed a new phone and all I got was attitude! Until the lady told me that I'd have to start a whole new account and get rid of the phone number I've had for 20+ years! Went down to the metro store at 8th and Cumberland and spent 15 minutes in there before leaving with my new phone, on my same account, and a ton of laughter to go along with it! Good customer service still does exist, just not at this store! I will NEVER go into this store again. I suggest if you want your problem solved instead of being talked to like trash you bypass this location and just go to 8th and Cumberland!
