Thank you to the gentleman and lady working here last evening. After spending more than an hour bring demeaned and treated terribly at the metro store on Bowman Street, I left and went to this location. After being told I could not replace a phone on an account that I've had for many years, because I didn't have access to the BROKEN phone, I went to this location and was greeted with smiles and laughter. The man who helped me had me in and out of there in 15ish minutes with a new, working phone, with the same number I had for 20 years. Yet I was told I'd need to start an entire new account from the other store. Please let these employees train the others so they can do their job properly! I guess you can't fix the attitudes but you can stay away from them! Thanks again guys!

Called the store to ask a simple question about pricing because who goes into a store not know what the price is. The women on the phone was extremely rude to me couldn’t give me the information I needed. Her tone of voice was very disgusting. I would not do any business at this store. Their customer service is awful! Worst experience ever!

This is the best store that I've experienced with metro so far Magaly helped me get back on when I was locked out of all my Google accounts my bank accounts because my phone was blacked out I couldn't receive the confirmation text all the other stores tried to rob me of my hard earned money wanting me to pay for every little detail and double the price of what Magaly offered by far the best experience I've had don't waste your time to run around just go see her.
