Misplaced visa debit card for 2nd time in couple months. Requested duplicate from same teller. Last time had picture taken to avoid need for license. But teller requested again after also needing to confer i was allowed to get. For 2nd time I was told teller still in training. No apology f

New to the area and Alex helped us in opening a savings account as well as downloading the app and accessing online banking (he cheerfully helped us do this with my smartphone ). Exceeded our expectations! We hadn't made an appointment beforehand and our wait in the lobby was under five minutes.

So far I haven't had any problems with this bank. NO missing money no more arguing with bank workers over suspicious charges.

Let me start off by saving the staff at this branch are great minus maybe one person. Unfortunately my review reflects members first as a company. I have multiple accounts with them and large amounts of transactions on a daily basis through my business. I have never been treat so poorly by a bank or credit union. Their fraud department is a joke. Their customer service is terrible. They freeze accounts when you have done absolutely nothing wrong saying it's suspicious fraud in my business account and then Tell you it could take 24 hr or longer to un freeze. I will be going to another bank that actually puts their members first.

*I will edit my review if things change*My review is purely reflective of their online banking, technology, and problem solving abilities. All staff members I've talked to were friendly and this review is not reflective of them.-Getting my online account set up was a pain. I had to register/create an account twice for some reason. If I wasn't tech saavy, there is no way I would've figured it out.-I sent an email on above issue and never heard back.-Currently, I can't pay my mortgage online. I was asked to call this other company to solve the issue. I call said company and get bounced around/forwarded to several different departments before someone finally says they're having their own internal technical issues and they can't help me.-I'm not getting paid by Members 1st to do their own technical due diligence. There is no reason I should be calling anyone other than Members 1st for THEIR website's issues or lack of functionality.This is why I gave a 1 star review.

I can't say enough about Members 1st. Credit Union. In March They financed a Brand New Jeep for Me, in September I applied for their Visa Card, and was approved, and now I was approved for their Home Equity Line of Credit. My Credit isn't all that Good either. I've dealt with Susan and Emily. They are Great. They both went out of there way. I Love everything about this Credit Union. I want to say Thank You for helping Me out with my Financial Needs. Today I went to the Lebanon location to sign My Loan Documents and the Young Lady I dealt with, was Great. Very Friendly, and Customer Service oriented. I Love this Credit Union.

Slowest drive-thru bank in Lebanon County. When I pulled away from the drive thru one day, and realized they gave me the wrong info, I had to go into the branch. From second in line I asked "excuse me, can we not let anyone leave the drive thru" , so I could get someone's attention and so my stuff would not leave the drive-up in the wrong hands.

In less than 6 months time they have deposited my money into someone else's account and also deposit someone else's money into mine.
