“This place definitely has an awkward location. Fortunately I looked at this Google page and noticed the photo that someone posted with the door to Quest circled. The entrance is a single door to the left of the Main Mall entrance. There is writing on the glass of the door but no large signage so it is difficult to see when you are driving around.Inside, it is very clean and professional. I did not have any trouble with the kiosk as previous reviews mentioned. I was there for blood work and a biometric screening required by my employer. The phlebotomist on duty was very kind and pleasant. I wish I got his name. He did a great job with the blood draw and apologized and made conversation when the computer system was a bit slow when he was finishing up my paperwork.As with everywhere, they are understaffed and have short hours so best to schedule an appointment ahead. They did mention that they are currently training a new staff member so hopefully that will help with more appointment available and quicker times for walk-ins”
