I'ma keep it nice and short ,I will never forget how the manager rita threw my change at me in my face because I wanted a refund due to the fact I ordered a double dish filet sandwich with romaine lettuce and nobody told me they don't sale that type of lettuce anymore and when I received my sandwich it has shredded lettuce ,mcds is as low as the ground and the only person I really respect n honor there job there is Nancy have a nice day...

will never go here again !!, i was sitting eating and 3 managers were also sitting , i guess doing computer work when a kid walked in, which was an employee ,as soon as he opened the door , one lady was like please have a seat , she had a tone with him, he sat down, and im on the other side of the dining area so i hear her start telling him that he ate a chicken nugget while he was getting supplies now mind you she is speaking loud so everyone heard her so blah blah blah so ends up writing him up with a warning letter and tells him if he does it again he will be fired then sends him home for the day n tells him to come back his next scheduled shift. very inapporpraite to do what she did on the floor in front of customers, personally i woulda got uo n quit right there , well anyway will never go again

very good afternoon today I want to share with you the good experiences I have had with the employee Jeana every time I come she serves me with a smile, I have never had a bad experience with her service I had to ask her if she loved her work because I can notice it in The service she provides always makes me smile and that makes my lunch hour a pleasant one.
