Almost everytime I go in there, I'm overcharged. I asked why, the response being that "regulars" who are a few cents short are allowed to take items home and "not to worry about it" and the penny for each item is pretty much to cover for others who are short on change. How am I responsible for others purchased and whether they can afford their purchases? I struggle enough with trying to afford my own things. It's ridiculous.
