I drove an hour and a half to come here because I was having chest pains, neck pains, and high blood pressure. They ran a blood test, come back 30 mins later, and tell me everything is ok to just “go home,” despite my blood pressure still reading 170/115, having shortness of breath, and still in pain. The doctor was very short in his answers, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Want to know why veterans commit suicide when they can’t get any help with their issues? Look no further! This VA is worthless and disgusting in how they treat their veterans! NEVER EVER GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND WANT TO LIVE.

Before you read my experience, I don’t know the lady who checked me in on this date but please add her to my experience because she was very kind, professional, and informative. Thank you.PA Melissa Pietras, Phil Cotroneo LPN, and Dr. Sabbagh treated me with the upmost respect, dignity, and understanding. My first experience at this ER was top tier. I was heard, listened to, and understood. These staff members gave me the best patient care ever in an ER setting. Thank you to your staff that made me feel safe, cared for, and above all assured I would be okay. Dr. Pietras was firm but gentle with talking me about my pilandol cyst which is not an easy thing. She talked me through the whole process and her compassion helped me in way that could only be described as phenomenal. Phil Cotroneo LPN, as he walked me back to my room, asked me many questions that reassured me I was in the best hands and frequently checked on me at my lowest, his strength gave me that nudge of “I can do this”, absolutely kind, respectful, and an amazing nurse. Dr. Sabbagh, the man knows his stuff. Directed the whole procedure while simultaneously making me feel at ease. This man is a doctor for a reason. He knew what he saw, was a straight shooter, and told me the truth. My condition was very complex and painful for anyone. The VA, Lebanon ER staff I just listed truly made me realize why healthcare is so important and to give it my best effort in saving lives as a fellow healthcare worker. Please let them know how I appreciate their care.

I have been to a few VAs in Pennsylvania and I have to say that this VA is the most picturesque. It is a beautiful campus with intertwining buildings that allow for a smooth transition between departments.I appreciate how they kept the integrity of the buildings outside but continue to remodel the inside to keep up with standards and changing practices. As the other reviews state, the staff here are great. They are pleasant and professional and kind of go out of their way to help you when needed. When I attempted to navigate the halls on my own and got lost, there was no hesitation when I asked for directions. There appears to be ample parking around all the buildings. The grounds are laid out in such a way that it is a leisurely walk if you do choose to go outside to traverse between buildings.Overall, this is a great campus for those seeking care that are Veterans. I wish all VA Centers were set up like this.
