Clean, good availability times to go in and out of storage. And my favorite part has to be how quiet the gate is. I’ve worked on many gates before but this one is very nice

When I first arrived to get a storage (first time I did) Freyer was very thorough with explaining the sizes of the storage, the promo, and just very professional! Lindsey was also a sweetheart and always has a smile on her face!

I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran of the United States Air Force moving to Lebanon from Mount Carmel to be closer to the VA. When I had called , although the gentleman I spoke to didn't work for your facility, he was so kind and kept thanking me for my service and he was so excited for me. I spoke to your property manager and she was fantastic! Very professional, thorough and it was an extremely easy process and the facility is safe and extremely clean and I worked on C-130 aircraft so we a huge uhaul but I used to tow huge aircraft in and out of hangars all day long so I handled the marshalling of ensuring there was absolutely no damage. I'm grateful that she allowed us to enter. Overall experience, fantastic. We were in and out and Im so thankful I found you guys! Definitely will recommend to anyone I know moving to the area. I also got an amazing deal. So sincerely grateful because I got out of an extremely dangerous situation where I live and it happened so quickly, it was great! Thank you kindly!

Lindsey in the office at Lincoln Ave is the best! She is thorough (when the computer cooperates), concise, courteous, excellent listener, conscientious to keep billing straight and able to defuse my frustration when I called to inquire about my unit’s 25% increase per month! Please, corporate, give her a 25% increase to justify yours!

Management has no care in the world for potential customers. I waited for hours to get a storage unit and Lindsey, who I believe is a manager had be waiting for hours once I got there and was in her office talking with some guy or customer and ignoring me. I took my business elsewhere and I will be telling all my friends and family who need storage help to not come here! Do not waste your time. If I could give 0 starts I would but I can’t.
