The overdraft fees here are ridiculous. They’ll hit you with $30 every time they can. Whether it’s .19 or $2, $30… and get this… planet fitness was still trying to take out $23 a month (I’m taking care of them next those jerks…) LFCU DIDNT pay them and STILL charged me…$35!!!! This business is crooked they’ll just bleed you of money unless you earn enough to stay ahead. I’ll be closing my account soon and NEVER going back. And any time I get the chance to speak TRUTH about this place I will. Not slander…but TRUTH!!!

I just transferred from Fulton bank to Lebanon Federal credit Union and it was the best thing I've ever done. The all-around service is impeccable and I recommend everyone to transfer Lebanon Federal credit Union.I was helped by Leslie Rodriguez and she made my banking experience a joyful and pleasant experience and she addressed all my needs ....

Ayy man that fella Dillon Suarez, was so much help. The hospitality and respect he showed is great representation of Federal Credit Union, The courtesy that the employees provide is amazing!!! It’s always great energy and always moving straight forward, was able to get my questions answered right away because the employee are very knowledgeable . I’ve had a generally positive experience with LFCU. I do have some concern about the security of their online banking portal. They do not use 2-factor authentication. Instead the basis of their security is to have a customer recognize a thumbnail image and force customers to change their passwords every six months. They also do not have 24 hour support for their portal. All of this seems very out of date from a security perspective.

Always having problems with their automated system. I tried booking plane tickets tonight cus u know I'm a working mother and night time is my only peace and quiet and of course it was decline TWICE. once because they thought it was fraud, and again cus it was over my daily spending limit. I tried calling and calling but their automated system kept glitching. What if I was stranded? I'd have no access to my money. This isn't the only time but this is the straw that broke the camels back. Also, they r extremely racist. I tried to wire my bf money. But since he has an Arabic name they kept insinuating he was a terrorist or a scammer. And they ended up denying his wire. But kept the 1,000 dollar wire fees. Absolute joke. Going in tomorrow to close my account.

My wife and I recently had our first child. With her on maternity leave and the new baby expenses we weren’t sure if we’d be able to afford to make this months car payment. When we called to notify that the payment would be late, we were offered payment assistance. Sharon is the hero of the day. She was very kind, attentive and really listened to our concerns. She not only explained our options but really took the time to work out what was best for us. Thank you Sharon! The credit union needs more employees like you.

Have been banking with LFCU with different financial products for over a decade. The most courteous, “for the people” financial institution in Lebanon County.Great products, great people, great leadership. When you call and need to discuss your accounts you ALWAYS get prompt knowledgeable service. They care about members and provide excellent customer service.
