My fiancee got my 2012 GMC Acadia from J's and it was the best experiance from a car dealer we have ever had. There service was great from top to bottom, the suv is spectacular and they were very helpful with all parts of the transaction. Crappy customer service. Was told they would hold a car for me and I drove 2 hours away to pick it up. I hit some traffic and they sold the car without even calling!!! Terrible company!!!
