I would highly recommend the Lebanon Pennsylvania office and Katherine Morris. She is very knowledgeable courteous and always gets everything possible with accurate returns.

Overall good experience at this location. The staff are friendly and the wait time wasn't overly long. The price to file your taxes with a pro at the location is definitely too high though at $300. Thankfully my tax pro Rabia told me upfront what the cost would be and suggested I do the process from home to save a bit.

So let's start with the positive side first. I have gone to H&R block as far as I can remember and have grown almost a motherly daughter bond with Laurie even though we only saw each other once a year, it felt as though we knew each a lifetime. But she knows her stuff and I am going to be sad the day she desides to retire. But Laurie is very friendly, personable, and will not make you feel rushed. And the check in staff are always smiling and so friendly. But my only negative side is the fees they charge you are a little ridiculous and I know it's H&R blocks set fees but they a bit Cray Cray! Especially for us poor folks ?

I had a tax appt. Monday Oct. 16th. I was told our taxes would be completed by the following day. It is now Oct. 25th. My husband and I have called, emailed, called some more, emailed some more. The gal finally got back to me via email yesterday and said she would have them to us by that evening. Nothing was ever sent. The communication is sorely lacking, our taxes are still not done, and getting anyone to respond is like pulling teeth from a rabid cat. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but it is not this difficult to provide effective communication.

I would suggest going in for your appt over doing it threw the app where the tax professional does it for you. The Esign at the end on the app was not working and became a nightmare. My taxes were actually done on 2/6/23 but because of that issue and continuoiusly messaging my tax person with no reply. I had to make an in person appt today 3/21/23, which went smoothly. My lady was very professional and nice. No complaints with the in person visit. So beware of the app!
