Most importantly, he has integrity as a mechanic and as a business owner. When you find a shop as trustworthy as Heffner, you never leave!

I drive 35 minutes to get my oil changed here. Why? Because everything they do at Hefner Automotive has the client's best interest at heart. This is the type of business I WANT to support. They have never steered me wrong (literally). American-made or an import--they know what they are doing. A dealer tried to charge me $149 to replace a headlight I couldn't reach. Hefner did it in a minute. Appreciate this place and the work they put in to keep my family and I safe while on the road.

My 85 Year old mother was a customer of the previous owners for years so when Heffners took over she continued to take her cars here. Now we all know that there are some repair shops that can be not the most honest to down right predatory when it comes to senior citizens specially when it is a widow, Heffner's has treated my mother like she was there own mother they explain everything they do to her vehicles and when she has a problem they take care of her promptly. So when our mechanic who we patronized for 30 years retired two years ago we knew where we were taking our vehicles. You do not see ratings and reviews like they have 39 Reviews 37 Five Star 2 Four Star (4.95) I tell everyone take you car here for repairs and Albert's Body Shop for body work for the same reason.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Great experience! My car is getting old and I had problems with the air-conditioning. It was getting to be a serious concern for me, because I am taking care of my 93 year-old mother, for an indefinite amount of time. Taking her to her many doctor appointments was very worrisome on the hot summer days. The staff at Heffner's are great! They had the problem fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price! They are THE BEST!!!
