The staff is very friendly but equally unhelpful. There was a problem, I came and stood in line. They couldn’t help me, they said it was better to call. I called , A week later, still not resolved. But they charged $4 for printing my bank statements.

1 day staff was very rude!! Today I call and they put me right on hold, don't even ask if I can hold. After on hold for 10 minutes I hung up and called back right on hold again. Terrible customer service.

Staff at the branch are wonderful. The corporate customer service is abysmal and getting worse. They show no signs of wanting to improve. I’ll be going elsewhere. .

Horrible bank. We had problem after problem. Every week was a different issue and their respond were always we can't help you. Super annoying bank. Never ever in my life have I ever had a bank like that!

Bank somewhere else, poor customer service!!!!!! I work with 4 other banks for business accounts and this place is never helpful for anything!!!!! Always saying I need an appointment for the most easiest questions!!!! Unbelievable how this bank is operated. They closed their west Lebanon location!!!! They lost so many customers!! Have so many issues with them and not enough space to say it all!!! I have banked here for over 20+ years since they where Metro bank.. its gone so so so down hill!!! I'm closing my account and banking elsewhere after 4 years of very bad experiences and just dealing with it because of all the accounts I have tied into the bank account here.. but now I have to move everything to one of my other banks and just deal with hours of work changing accounts to a new and better customer service bank.. pathetic how crappie this place has gotten!!! Very very poor management I guss!!!

Crazy how I read all these comments about how rude the workers are. I never had an issue with anyone at this bank even before it changed hands. They were always nice and very helpful to me.

This bank bought my mortgage and they are NOT customer friendly. I have to have my bank print out a check and mail it to them because they're behind the times. The original bank let me pay everything online real easy. FNB sends me a paper statement in the mail. What year is it again??

The lobby is closed because of the virus and yet every time I come here there is only one teller working....and she is always the slowest teller in the world...they have the window blocked off so they don't have to look at all the angry customers lined up in the drive thru....very sad situation..

Awful! Fraudulent charge on my account. I asked for a replacement card and they send me a debit card attached to my account with a man's name on it whom I do not know. I opened an account elsewhere and before I could close the account they let an online check go through with no money in the account and then charge me $37 for it.

RUDE staff members they would hang up on you when complaining about something!! Alot of my money went missing after the bank had a “system malfunction†the bank app wouldn't let me sign in, I couldn't see what was constantly charging me, bank was supposed to give me my money back & NEVER did!! I personally think they're just stealing money off of costumers!! DO NOT go to this bank!!
