These guys need to hire a receptionist. Took my truck there for an estimate on body repair. The owner seemed thorough about taking pics of damage, crawling underneath and even inside the cab. Said I'd hear from him by end of week and said he'd email the est. I must have tried 7 times to get somebody on phone and I'd leave messages on machine. Long & short of it is I never did hear back from the owner in any form so I can only agree w Nicole & Nate's reviews in that they get an F in communication.

I had some major body damage on a car that I had less than a year. I was really nervous about getting it fixed because my paint is a very particular color. They were able to fix it and it looked brand new!! Even dealt with insurance for me so it was less of a hassle. They always answer the phone and respond quickly.
