Dr Jaffri and his staff provide phenomenal care for our dog, Lola. My family has taken multiple pets (dogs in our case) to them for 10+ years and we have never had an issue. They’ll always accommodate you should you need an unexpected appointment. It’s truly a win-win situation for pet owners, as they are the areas best low-cost provider as well.

Dr. Jaffri and his staff were more then helpful with my Pup Princess I took other Pups to him in the past and he did them great in all treatment just to bad he is retiring at the end of the year

I use to work at an animal hospital. This CLINIC is reasonably priced and fair. They take very great care of your animals. They are still following strict COVID guidelines with limit access to the building.

Dr Jeff and his assistant where very polite and very helpful. My boy has been sick for about a week now and the fit me in last minute. He took care of my dog and made recommendations to help him feel much better. Thank you guys again for helping us with Broly. We will be back again, I would love for you guys to be his primary veterinarian from here on out!

Covid policy remains in Effect Covid is real and I’m grateful this facility actively enforces a safe environment. Masks are required along with 6ft distancing. Only 1client is allowed in at a time. There’s private parking in the rear of the building and you call upon arrival. They will notify you after the prior client is finished and even offer to help with the carrier if needed. For your knowledge, this veterinary clinic is Not an emergency facility and they’ve reduced their hours due to Covid. This information was conveyed prior to my appointment. It can also be found on their webpage. On that webpage you’ll also find their required intake form. Overall their main webpage had a vast amount of information and its easy to navigate through too. I would encourage people to go to their webpage as its very helpful. www.eastlebanonanimalclinic.com In short I rescued a kitten and it was sickly. I expressed my concerns as well as the symptoms and they were able accommodate me the same day. It was clearly because they care. The compassion shown was refreshing. Not only was my kitten able to breathe better, but so could I! Thank you again~ ELAC Compassionate + Understanding + Knowledgeable + Experienced + Economical = 5 STAR

The cost may be reasonable, and the staff are polite, but the doctor manhandled my cat with a broken tail like it was a sock puppet, causing her so much pain and stress. He didn't have any assistant or proper help he just gave me a pair of gloves and told me to hold her head down while he jammed two needles in her and called it a day. He then told me I should reschedule to check her tail later in the week despite the urgency. Will not be taking her back for a second checkup, I'm taking her to a real hospital with someone more compassionate.

East Lebanon Animal Clinic deserves far above and beyond 5 stars cause Dr. Jaffri and his practice manager April go far above and beyond to help your pet! They are a great team and both have a sincere love and affection for animals! April makes great allowances to fit you in so your pet can receive the needed help. Dr. Jaffri applies his great knowledge and many years of experience to help your pet in the best way. Dr. Jaffri has cared for all of my cats for 30 years now. Over those years he even graciously helped me with a stray cat that was injured from being hit by a car.He was also willing to help my Mom's cat and my daughter's dog. He very recently helped my sister with a feral kitten she rescued that needed to be neutered. She had checked into the various programs and with other vets but the wait for an appointment was very long and the cost was very high. April appreciated my sister rescuing the feral kitten and fit her kitten into Dr. Jaffri's schedule speedily and the cost was very reasonable!April also came through for me recently as she fit my 17+ year old cat into the schedule for an emergency visit out of her sincere care for my cat. Dr. Jaffri came through on the doctoring part and my cat is doing well.I thank God for Dr.Jaffri and April and for all their loving help to all of God's precious animals! They are a true blessing to the community and I pray God's blessing over them in Jesus' Name.

Hi, I had my dog at this clinic and I cannot say enough good things about it. They were so nice and very attentive, gentle, caring and compassionate. If ever you need a great Dr for your pet please go here he is a ten star in my book! Paws up to this great Dr!

My son had an adolescent cat follow him home. We have other cats in the house. I was desperate to find a vet to test this boy for FeLV/FIV so he could be allowed out of the dog crate I had to put him in for quarantine. They were so understanding and made a way to squeeze him in the next morning. The vet was so patient and kind and went out of his way to help this poor terrified boy who became very aggressive at the vet office. He had to have anesthesia to be able to even do the blood work. The vet made still more time to help him. Hansel and family thank the Dr. and staff. He is so happy to be freely exploring and making new friends in his new home. He is already settling in nicely!

This lebanon veterinary practice is truly a gem hidden. This business is set up for both the customer and your pet. Upon arrival you’ll find private parking with a large yard located in the rear of building. You call when you get there and they’ll take it from there. The vet has 30 plus years experience. It’s visible too! I feel confident my pets are being treated by someone who has experience and dedication to the profession.

East lebanon animal has been great from the time I started taking my 2 cats there(kittens at the time). I have one cat that has needed to be seen more often and if I call they can usually get me in within 24 hours of request depending on the seriousness of the issue. The attention that is given to my animals is amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better vet to go to. The staff has been amazing as well!Thank you for taking care of my fur babies!
