Terrible service!We order coffee through the app from this location almost every weekend. Every time we are either missing part of the order, the order is made incorrectly, or they don’t have our order and we have to wait for them to make it after we sat in the drive thru line that wrapped around the building.

This location just keeps declining. Service is very slow. Customer service is rude and not efficient in the slightest. After new ownership as a regular I tried to apply grace. Months after they still seem to be absolutely struggling - and it’s a shame as a prime spot in this town.

Three times in a row I had issues at this same location. I always order ahead on the app. First time they give me someone else's order. Second time they didn't include the 50 munchkins in my order. Third and last time, I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, line didn't move at all, until I got out of line went in and asked for my drink that had now been sitting for 20+ minutes. Never offered to remake the drink that had now been watered down, just added more whipped cream. I'm positive there wasn't any espresso in my latte either. Never apologized or anything at any time. Sorry to say, I had no issues at all with the previous owners. Lines went fast, they always greeted you with a smile.

I drink a lot of coffee. I drink too much coffee! I drive around in a truck all day. Coffee is the lubricant of industry. When you spend $3 for a large coffee, the least they can do is serve it to you hot!You go through the drive-thru to keep moving. You use the app to speed up the service. I don't have time to get out of the truck, go inside, and have them make me a HOT cup of coffee. But, that's what I did. And you know what? This is a terrible cup of coffee.Recently I was in another state. There was a Dunkin near me. I ordered breakfast using the app for convenience and to get on my way faster. It was disappointing. My sausage egg and cheese croissant was lukewarm, the hash browns are cold and overcooked. And the coffee was meh.This seems to be a problem across multiple stores, not just one.America should run from Dunkin.

This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too.. every time I stop you need to have a good 20 mins to get your order. They have you pull up front and wait for 10-15mins till you get your order. I go next door to Starbucks now they are much more polite and you don’t have to wait more than 5 mins. The best part is they just opened and there’s only 2 people working but they got there stuff together better than Dunkin

Since new ownership has gone downhill. They stop making food/throw out donuts over 30 mins before listed closing. Inconsistent. At this point I’ll go elsewhere until Starbucks opens next door.

They mess up every time we come through. And when we ask for it to be fixed, they are beyond rude. They all have attitudes . And management does nothing about it.
