I cannot vouche for their body work but I can say if you need any engine work, look else where. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a garage. They took 2 months to install an engine they had after 2 weeks (so it was not a parts issue). I took the car home with the replaced engine and car was running poorly. I returned the car to this garage and waited another month. I called weekly, for status updates and they kept telling me they couldn't find the problem. I finally decided if they could not find the problem after a month they never would. I took the car to another garage, who after only 3 days were able to tell me the engine was riddled with vaccuum leaks from the installation. If you are with Silverrock I HIGHLY recommend eating the deductible to go somewhere else.

Since Chad recently acquired Lasher's Garage on Horseshoe Pike, I decided to switch from my other service business to Chad since he is closer to my home. Glad I did. He took care of my inspection and a couple other service requests. His pricing for the work was reasonable. I will be taking my other 2 vehicles and motorcycle to him for service as well. Oh, just another plus, his wife and daughter run the gas and store side of the business. I highly recommend Chad for all your automotive service needs. Bill Sherwood

The work they did was okay but they quoted us one price and charged us $300 more when it came time to pay. Also the part they ordered took 3 weeks to come in when they told us the car would be done in less than a week. Getting a hold of somebody when calling is really tough. Not good at returning calls in a timely manner either. A little frustrating to say the least.

Took my Nissan Rogue here because I got into an accident and my driver door needed to be replaced. Went to plenty of auto shops around Lebanon and they had outrageous prices. Came to diversified Automotive and his pricing was more affordable for my situation. I needed it done over the weekend. My door was perfect and done just when needed! Check them out, friendly people.

I was having issues with a previous IID I had installed by another vendor which was wreaking havoc with my car. I switched to a different IID company and had Diversified install the unit. I learned the previous mechanics were trying to flimflam me with shoddy work and the guys at Diversified took care of it for me. Car running fine now with zero issues. They saved me from an already stressful situation. I am sincerely grateful. Many many thanks.

I'll share what happened, you can decide for yourself.I took my 2012 mini s there back in mid 2022, he had it for nearly 1 month. He replaced the solenoids and 2 spark plugs. It was a mediocre experience. He answered 60% of my calls and never gave me any real knowledge into what was happening.3 months ago (October) I took my mini back to him. This time my car totally failed and I barely humped it to his shop. 1 month goes by. I called weekly with no answer. After a month and a half I make contact and he tells me that he doesn't know what the problem is. He says my insurance company is putting him through the ringer. I let it go for 2 more weeks. Still no call. I call my warranty provider and they inform me that they denied my case because the mechanic failed to reach out. He denied this. He kept my vehicle for another month and a half(3 months 2 weeks in total). I pick it up and the only work he had done to it was 4 spark plugs. That is literally all. It seemed to run fine for 2 days then randomly broke down in the middle of the road. I have called him repeatedly since then to no answer or return call.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Everyone in the garage was friendly and listened to my concerns without waving me off because I'm a female or because the color of my skin. They were professional and honest.
