I had a phantom electrical drain on my battery, which killed the battery overnight and prevented the car from starting. I called Bennett because I had given up troubleshooting and did not trust larger Central PA dealers. The service manager seemed genuinely concerned and spent about 15 minutes on the phone, getting the details necessary to discuss my issue with the lead technician. He called me back, gave me a diagnosis, cost estimate and probability of success. All of this without charge and before scheduling my appointment. [He could have blown some BS my way, scheduled the appointment and figured it out with the technician, on the clock at my expense. But he did not.] The service manager was as accommodating as possible with the schedule so as I could get my car back ASAP. The work was done, parts replaced, form/fit/finish are satisfactory, all at the estimated price. The drain on the battery is gone, just like he said.I would recommend Bennett.

Everyone at Bennett was extremely friendly and very welcoming! Kody Kirkland did an amazing job at helping me through the process, answering any questions I had, and explained all the features on my car and how to work them thoroughly. I was in and out in no time at all! Highly recommend!

The people we have met an Bennett Toyota are genuinely friendly. We also appreciated the fact that we did not have to spend hours at the dealership. Domingo, our sales representative, was very patient and provided very clear explanations of how things worked on our new RAV4. The financial dealings were completed in 15 minutes or less. I also would compliment the service department for the speed of service and honoring appointment times.

Had been searching for a specific Toyota Tacoma. The sales manager found what I wanted very quickly and put together a very good deal for my trade and the new truck. The sales representative (Sam Robinson) was very courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable of his products. The finance representative (Tyler) was also very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us some great financing options. The entire purchase experience was outstanding. Highly recommend this business.

Beautiful dealership, they made me feel comfortable, and it was such a quick and easy process. My new truck looked great when I picked it up, as I drove it home, I could see people staring at it. Great sales team! I will be back for future purchases.

Horrible service dept. People are rude. Having to wait 2-3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous ...seems every time I am here something rude is said or you are not treated as a customer

i just purchased my 5th Toyota vehicle it is my 4th rav 4, and my first hybred and i love it! The staff at Bennett Toyota of Lebanon is fantastic, they all came out to greet me and help me find the vehicle that was right for me. Their employee Tyler (who advanced from sales rep to financing dept) who sold me my last lease Toyota even came out to say hi! Jamie my sales rep was dedicated to getting me the best vehicle and price for my needs. The finance department was committed to helping me understand all the ins and outs of my financing options in a way that took the anxiety out of spending my hard earned money on a new vehicle. Thank you Bennett Toyota of Lebanon for making my car purchase a dream rather then a nightmare, like at some other dealerships i have been to !!!
