They were able to help when others wouldn't try. Fair about returns. Lots of products in stock and if they didn't have it it was there the next morning. ?

very helpful customer service at the counter, was there a couple of times and both times they were able to help me get the exact item i needed even though i was going to buy a different part/component. saved me a lot of money the one time!

I went there with a problem about installing a replacement light fixture. Told me, we dont stock many light fixtures but would get back to me. A week later no answer.
