Never had problems before, but since the pandemic started, prescriptions take about a week or more to fill. They filled my husband's anti-seizure prescription the day before he ran out, claiming that they were waiting for a shipment. We never cut it that close! Took a week to fill a new antidepressant, and they are always behind on my mom's prescriptions, which she needs to prevent another stroke.We switched to this CVS because it's convenient when grocery shopping, but it's getting scary with wondering if our medications will be ready on time. One of the staff flat out lied about my mom's prescription, telling her she guaranteed it would be a 90-day supply. It wasn't.And closing for lunch... If I would have don't that as a retail manager, I would have been fired. Must be nice to always get a lunch, even though you are WEEKS behind on filling prescriptions!If they are so short staffed, why do they not interview applicants? I know two people who applied (both with years of customer service experience) and never heard a thing.

Just because the pharmacist needs to eat, doesn't mean the pharmacy should be closed. There are other people there who can check you out while you're getting your prescriptions. The pharmacist doesn't have to be there just for us to pick up our prescriptions. This is ridiculous that you are closed even though there are employees that can handle it.

Normally this is our favorite CVS. However, my husband was in line at 1:28 to pick up a prescription and he got up to the window at 1:30 and because they were going to lunch, they shut the window on him. That is just not right!

I just picked up a couple prescriptions and the lady at the pharmacy was so rude and so condescending I hoped beyond hope that she had just chosen me to be unkind to. I doubt it but I can dream. Practice random acts of kindness.

The older women behind the pharmacy counter are extremely rude to you if you are wearing a mask. All they will say to you is I can't hear you I can't hear you. When you inform them you are not going to remove the mask they make a smart comment back to you. So they heard that!? This has happened on more than one occasion.

Never have prescriptions ready even after they call and tell you they are ready.Sat for an hour after I was told they were ready the day before.Scam for you to shop.

This pharmacy will tell you they will be ready in two hours then when you show up its always another 15 mins cause they never start it'll you show up so save yourself some time and aggravation and just show up.They lie and it's happened on multiple occasions.Staff doesn't care

Went in to pick up my grandmas prescriptions for her, and was told they needed to get them ready itd be about 20 mins. So i go back in abt 30 mins later to a rude woman who tells me one is on “hold” dosnt offer any explanation. And “the other is mucinex.” So I politely ask which one is the one i had to just wait the 20 mins for? (As thats the one i would need to pick up for my grandmother). I just called the pharmacy and asked Jessica about a RX & the discrepancies with them & the website.In her normal rude and "I don't give a s**** attitude she could not answer me.Don't get me wrong,the pharmacists are excellent their but this obnoxious woman has got to to go.Customer service is seiously lacking & she should remember I pay her salary,not CVS.Wake up & smell the roses.Leave your personal problems at home(where they belong) & treat customers with respect.

Everyone follows COVID-19 safety precautions well and is happy to serve every customer they can. This store has the hardest working employees I've seen at a cvs. I only have wonderful things to say about this store, keep up the good work!
