Greg, the pharmacist, was able to fill a prescription last minute. My wife needed the prescription that evening.

Am I the only CVS prescription customer that has the utmost appreciation for the pharmacist? Eric is doing an amazing job, with all that he has been handed. 1st it was Covid and the trickling down effects it is still causing. Shorthanded with staff, shipment delays, rudest customers in Lebanon Co., but all the while keeping his dignity and due deligence to assure his customers are getting their needs met. Kudos to Eric for doing such an amazing job at my CVS pharmacy. I appreciate you. P. S you deserve to close that window and take an hr. lunch being the only 1 their from store open till store close.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. They could not be slower at filling Rx. Even if you call ahead and they tell you they’ll expedite your Rx and it’ll be ready in an hour…be prepared to not only wait in a line of 10 people at the time they told you to arrive but then get to the counter and be told it’ll be another 20 minutes.This is not the first time they’ve had one of my Rx sitting “In Process” for ages. Except this time I’m in dire need of it to be filled. Normally it is just inconvenient. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and positive for COVID and need an anti nausea medication to get through this without becoming dehydrated and starting preterm labor…my Rx was called into the pharmacy at 10:30am. My poor husband is waiting there still for it to be filled at 6:30pm after we were told it would be expedited and ready at 5:30 which was when he arrived to pick it up. I’m changing pharmacies literally tomorrow. I’m done with this.

My wife and I thought this was one of the cleanest and neatest CVS stores we've ever been in, and Veronica was especially friendly. Thank you Veronica and Marissa for running such a great store!

Never had problems before, but since the pandemic started, prescriptions take about a week or more to fill. They filled my husband's anti-seizure prescription the day before he ran out, claiming that they were waiting for a shipment. We never cut it that close! Took a week to fill a new antidepressant, and they are always behind on my mom's prescriptions, which she needs to prevent another stroke.We switched to this CVS because it's convenient when grocery shopping, but it's getting scary with wondering if our medications will be ready on time. One of the staff flat out lied about my mom's prescription, telling her she guaranteed it would be a 90-day supply. It wasn't.And closing for lunch... If I would have don't that as a retail manager, I would have been fired. Must be nice to always get a lunch, even though you are WEEKS behind on filling prescriptions!If they are so short staffed, why do they not interview applicants? I know two people who applied (both with years of customer service experience) and never heard a thing.

Just because the pharmacist needs to eat, doesn't mean the pharmacy should be closed. There are other people there who can check you out while you're getting your prescriptions. The pharmacist doesn't have to be there just for us to pick up our prescriptions. This is ridiculous that you are closed even though there are employees that can handle it.

Normally this is our favorite CVS. However, my husband was in line at 1:28 to pick up a prescription and he got up to the window at 1:30 and because they were going to lunch, they shut the window on him. That is just not right!
