I just graduated cosmetology school and Mariana was so kind and helpful towards me. She took the time to do one on one consulting with tools and products to help me better understand the differences between each one. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Mariana if in need of any help!

Bought a duo shampoo/conditioner product online for in store pickup. They had the same product, but wouldn't give me them because they were separate. I didn't tell the girl to cancel my order. She took it upon herself. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way Cosmoprof does business. I had to finally find the District Manager and she allowed me to buy the two products together without the gift box and price of separate.
