It was to be 2 weeks but took a month but I’m ok with that because it was fixed right. Only issue is they must have messed with my fuses cause now I can’t close the sunroof cover inside. But I don’t want to wait another month to get it back.

If i could give a negative star review or a zero star i would. Bad service, dishonesty, my car came back damaged and the photos they supposedly take before miraculously disappeard. there were parts I was billed for that never got replaced as I had to take the part off myself with my husband 5 months later only to find it was not the manufacturer that dude said he used. If u want quality service go elsewhere. Last second for said part he tacked on 1400 dollars for something that was never done. So where'd that money go other than into his pocket as I paid cash. 7900$ roughly. Pathetic.

Unfortunately, my car was in an accident and was towed to Carstar on December 6th. There was a part needed that was nearly impossible to get. I was on a list of hundreds of other people, but Frederick never gave up. After many months of phone calls and emails, the part was found and the technicians did their best to put my car back together as quickly as possible in order to return my car. I got my car on July 21st in one piece and completely shinyand clean. I was beyond thrilled! Samantha, Cassandra and I spoke on a pretty regular basis, and I could not have gotten more kindness and support from them. During the many stressful months of not having my car, they did everything in their power to help me. I am beyond grateful!

A residue of a white unknown powder was left the drivers side dash and the floor mat was greasy after exterior repair work. I presume someone tracked something on the floor mat that was attempted to be cleaned up, but the cleaning product left an unsafe situation whereby the floor mat was too slippery. Also, moulding unrelated to the repair was removed and not replaced and by the time management was notified they said it was too late to file a claim. Shady business practices, I wouldn't trust them. When someone asks me for a recommendation for a body shop, I will tell them anywhere but here.

I will definitely will do business with them again, I took my car to them after a collision and it took a day for them to evaluate it for a total loss. I'm very satisfied with the way they interacted with me.

Take your car somewhere else to get it fixed! Worst experience ever for a car service! No one calls you back and you can never get ahold of anyone. Did not fix my car properly. Had to have another shop fix what they messed up. Guy I work with had problems with his daughters car getting fixed there as well. Didn’t put the air box back on right, ordered the wrong headlights and never put the from emblem back on the car. Very disappointed with everything. Terrible
