Bought a car last month from them, and it’s been NOTHING but issues.. Car keeps overheating, mechanic is telling me that everything under my hoood is aftermarket… we are looking at a radiator replacement.. but only have had the car a month!!!! If your car has warning lights, they will just tell you it’s nothing, and not to worry about it…!!! It has been a nightmare… We bought the car for me, but they would only talk to my husband about the vehicle.. very unprofessional.. WOULD NOT recommend.**response to owner: I don’t speak Spanish but you’re right, I didn’t bring it back to you, why would I?! THE THERMOSTAT WAS LITERALLY IN BACKWARDS ACCORDING TO MY MECHANIC. I do apologize for not being accurate with the time frame in which I’ve bought my car, but it still doesn’t excuse the fact that the car I bought from you A MONTH AND A HALF AGO has SERIOUS issues & probably wasn’t safe to drive off your lot from the start. People deserve to know that before purchasing with you.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. They have false advertisement they have a sign for an oil change 39.99 but they charged $65.00. Then I had the oil change done and the guy didn’t put a sticker on my windshield I had to ask for it very poor service.

Yesterday lastnight your service guy I found out this moring overtighten my wheelnuts he also put the back worn tires in the front on one side and......you did not read the information I gave in text for the tires I wanted...you just went by the numbers 225 75 15....i put in the text clearly Goodyear Wrangler and showed you text in person which you said you had...instead you pull out Hancock tires....You need to read all information given to you clearly just like you clearly can give a price you want....You also need to train your serviceman to not OVERTIGHTEN wheelnuts... thankfully my mechanic was able to loosen them all up with extra given time using a breaker bar to avoid damage otherwise and then....avoid a trip back to you...makes absolutely no sence and I ordered the Correct tires on line....NEVER again will I go here or refer anyone

I would give zero stars if I could. Took my car there to have new brakes and rotors put on. I was told that my car was finished. When I went to get my vehicle my ABS light was on. I asked why it was on. I was told that it will go off on its own after I drive it for awhile. I'm not a mechanic but this didn't sound right so I did my own research online and was able to scan my cars computer for fault codes. It had 2 fault codes for ABS. The faults were for front right and left speed sensor not reading speed. I did some more research to see what my vehicles brake system consisted of. I went back to the shop the next day and told the mechanic what I had learned. He insisted my vehicle didn't have speed sensors. He tried to tell me the ABS light was for the air bag!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? He put my vehicle on the lift and told me to show him. I showed him where they were. He then was told by the woman in the office to clean the sensors. Which he did. This time when I went back to get my vehicle I was told the light was still on and if it doesn't turn off, to come back. The next day I had a friend take my front rotors off to try and diagnose why the sensors weren't receiving a signal. When we took the rotors off we found that the mechanic NEVER REMOVED THE SENSOR RING that's mounted on the back of the rotor, from my old rotor onto the new rotor. So he put my new rotors on without the sensor ring. I went back to the garage AGAIN to show the woman at the front desk what we had found. She told the mechanic to get my old rotors(which they still had thank God) and of course, the sensor rings were still on my old rotors. Anyone could see that on the new rotor, there were holes for the sensor ring to mount to but this mechanic had no clue what he was doing. When he was removing the sensor rings, they broke. So now I'm waiting to hear back from the shop to see what is being done about this. I paid for this work to be done by their shop and also more money to my friend that actually knew what he was doing and now has my car back to the way it should be except for the abs light because I still need one sensor ring. I also want to note that when my new brake pads and rotors were put on by the shop, the mechanic didn't put any grease when he reinstalled the hub. The pins to the calipers were bone dry as well. The pins need grease so brakes engage and release without friction. He didn't do anything a real mechanic would do to ensure the life of the caliper or the brakes. Poor work all around. The woman at the shop has been wonderful and she has been very nice. It's not her fault. I just want to say that she is currently in the process of getting me another sensor ring. In my opinion, I feel I deserve half of what I paid, refunded. Especially because I now had to pay someone else to do the job I paid them to do. Which the mechanic failed totally to do.

Everyone is so great. They are very knowledgeable and will explain things to you. I ran across them, New to the area and State with a low tire and a bad taste in my mouth for the GM Dealers in the area. They treated me right and have all my work and warranty work now on my Baby💜💜💜
