10/10 would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this caliber location. The beginning of my repairs everything went as smoothly as it could be until the day they told me it was ready for pick up. On day of pick up, they called me to inform me that they broke one of my headlights during the disassembling process and they forgot they did so and had to order Headlight on the opposite side of my vehicle of where the damage was. Going to pick up my vehicle later that evening, I found the driver side headlight to still be damaged (pictured below) from the original accident. The comment I was given was they did the “ Recommended repair” And advise me when talking to my insurance on how to tell them that it wasn’t the body shops fault but I wanted it replaced so they wouldn’t be to blame, but why would I lie to my insurance and who would want a damaged headlight on a brand new car to look like that? They told me that if they were to replace the headlight that was damaged during the accident(Pictured below) It might cause more damage to the vehicle. Yet another excuse as to why they didn’t want to replace it. When Requesting to replace the headlight The mood of the person I was dealing with at caliber completely changed and was rude. Finally, after the headlight was replaced, I went to go pick up my vehicle He never walked around the vehicle with me and went back inside. A day later, I looked at my vehicle, even more to find out there was paint drips (Pictured below) and dents One of the brand new parts that they just replaced and repainted. Then I also realize that one of the brand new parts of trim(Pictured below) Was starting to pop off. Now I have to wonder what else is wrong with my vehicle Hidden behind my bumper that they tried to half fast during my repairs.

Best experience we ever had with a vehicle repair . It was seamless. If you’re going into the Lebanon Pa location ask for Robert Pantano . He was amazing and kept us updated throughout our repair. He went above and beyond.

We had an accident with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Calliber repaired our vehicle as good as new. They are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the work they do. They take pride in their work, and it shows in the results of the repairs that were done.

The worst body shop I have ever used! I received my truck back from this body shop and they tried to get away with glue on parts instead of replacing them. I also found dirt in the paint. I took the truck back to them to fix the damaged part and fixed and dirt in the paint. I received the truck back and it was missing a trim piece. The truck has been back to them 4 times to fix the problems and it’s still not right. They told me it would be ready by a certain date and it was never ready on time. The truck now has paint runs from all the work they did. The manager Keith said he will call you and he doesn’t. This shop is a big disappointment.

Unfortunately I had to takemy car here twice within 6 months. Both times they provided excellent service and great communication. Geico made it easy working with Caliber.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. If you need ANY kind of painting done to your vehicle, please, do not waste your time going here. Our 2022 2500 Ram had to go in 4 times for them to "fix" the paint job and it still looks awful!

We hit a buck driving down the highway (RIP, Ricky) and caliber collision took care of us. I got my car back detailed and in better condition than it was pre-deer meet and greet. They really took care of us well and made sure everything was fixed to their maximum ability. 10/10 will go them every time I need a fix in the future.

Overall, a great shop that does quality repairs. My only complaint is that they wont order parts until your vehicle is actually in their shop, so it drags out the repair process which could increase vehicle rental out of pocket expenses. Also had my vehicle back in the shop on 3 different occasions because of faulty non OEM parts. They do honor the lifetime warranty, and haven't given me any problems with return repairs.Services: Painting

This place is horrible. I got into an accident and was told that this place was the best to get it repaired. At first everything seemed great. They were friendly and helpful and I felt like I made the right choice. Then, a few days later, my drivers side door had a piece of weatherstripping that kept coming loose. I went there to have it fixed and they worked on it and sent me on my way. It came loose again a few days later so I just went to my car dealership for a new part and while there, they tried to open my door to look at the part and the door wouldn’t open. They tore my door apart and noticed that caliber never took the time to see if my internal parts were broke. It had to go back to be repaired again. Now my chrome trim piece on my door keeps coming off and they want to replace my entire door. When I call, they are always at lunch and never call me back. Every time I call them, they say “oh I was just getting ready to call you”. I’m sick of it and won’t go back. I’ll just deal with loose trim on my car and remind everyone to never go there if they need help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.Service: Body & Trim

My wife has had a bad accident with her Honda Cr-V. The car was towed to this shop. They took four months (September 2022 to February 2023) to fix the car. I don't have any complains as the parts of the car were not readily available. The issue is when I got the car from them, drove it for few weeks and encountered few issues. Since we have been driving this car for more than 5 years, we could easily sense/feel them. Believing that Caliber collision provided the lifetime warranties (this is what they claim), I called Robert, who used to communicate with me during the repairing process. He was not on the desk; so, I left a message with the front desk and requested a call back. He never called me back. Then, after two weeks I called them again and scheduled to bring the car to their shop. After brining the car to the shop, I explained everything to Robert. But he appeared reluctant to listen and believe my explanation. So, he called a technician named Keith. This Keith guy started to behave so rude and directly questioned my judgement and explanation about the issues I was telling. He was asking proof for my claims and treated me like I know absolutely nothing. But I kept explaining about the issues. So, he finally drove the car for about 5 minutes and declared that there were no issues with the car. On my further insistences, he asked me to go to Honda, diagnose the car and bring the proof. Only then he will agree/believe my claim. So, I came back home, called the insurance adjustor and explained what happened with caliber guys. Luckily, the insurance adjustor agreed to diagnose the car with my choice of shop (Honda). I took the car to Honda, and they found many more issues than I could feel or sense by driving. Most of them related to bodyworks, which Caliber claim to be expert on. All the issues finally got fixed and costed around $5K (yes that much). When they left $5K problem on the car and don't have time to listen for 5 minutes, they should get 5*5 NEGATIVE stars.
