Very disrespectful lady running transportation hangs up the phone because I asked why they can’t call I do understand the first day bus mint run late says in the email up to 10mins late but it was a half hour late and I’m in the wrong for caring for my son the lady at the front desk was very nice tho and gave me her superior number for transportation I will be making sure this lady knows you can’t just hang up the phone on people angry cause their out side for over a half hour in the rain and trying to figure out why they can’t call this lady needs to get her job taken from her or get more training in customer survice because you don’t hang up the phone telling the parent that we’re in the wrong for wanting to know the bus is running a half hour late and even the lady from the front desk said that was not in the right for the lady to hang up
