“Nobody likes having an unfortunate accident... And in my case, I'm still beating myself up. Wheelchair user with hand controls. I have one car and getting a loaner just doesn't make any sense as I work from home, But I still need my car. As backed up as they were they still said "bring it on in we'll get er' done". It took a few weeks but I think they were faster and way more accurate than most around my area. They had no problem with me checking in and they were as friendly as could be when I called them on the phone for updates. The work, I have no words. It was a stupid fender bender but it really destroyed the front end of my car and I can't tell anything was ever wrong with it. It looks better than it looked before the accident. Can't recommend Simpsons body shop enough! Thanks so much for all the great work you guys did!!!! You will be recommended for any work in the future.”

He even helped me troubleshoot my truck that I could not figure out the problem. Saved me from even bringing it in. But I am a returning customer so that may have been a favor. I will always take my vehicles here without fear of being taken advantage of!”
