I feel guilty giving them 1 star. I don't want to give anyone the impression that they deserve even 1 star !!! Needed a new bumper for car. The estimate was a little more than $1,600 for the job. 3 days after dropping off my car, I called for an update. They said they couldn't find a bumper for my car and wanted my permission to try and melt it back in shape. Keep in mind I made the appointment a month in advance, and they're just telling me this now after the Car sat in there shop for 3 days. Long story short, they charged me the $1,600 anyway and didn't have to buy a new bumper. They really made out on that deal !!! Probably went out for drinks after work

Hit a deer! Bennett Collision Center of Lebanon made the whole process super easy. From the estimate to completion. The Technician kept me informed, was quick to respond to questions. Best of all my truck looks outstanding. Thanks again for the experience.

I had a phantom electrical drain on my battery, which killed the battery overnight and prevented the car from starting. I called Bennett because I had given up troubleshooting and did not trust larger Central PA dealers. The service manager seemed genuinely concerned and spent about 15 minutes on the phone, getting the details necessary to discuss my issue with the lead technician. He called me back, gave me a diagnosis, cost estimate and probability of success. All of this without charge and before scheduling my appointment. [He could have blown some BS my way, scheduled the appointment and figured it out with the technician, on the clock at my expense. But he did not.] The service manager was as accommodating as possible with the schedule so as I could get my car back ASAP. The work was done, parts replaced, form/fit/finish are satisfactory, all at the estimated price. The drain on the battery is gone, just like he said.I would recommend Bennett.

We were in an accident in Aug last year and they took care of everything thru the insurance, kept us updated ,and the car looks awesome!Sadly my husband got rear-ended last week so we are back for more exalent care.

Very bad experience so far. Car went in jan 18th. Said it would take 3 days. Found extra damage. Its Feb 5th and they still dont have all the parts . Even after they said all the parts would be in Feb 5th. When the hell is my car going to get done?

Had been searching for a specific Toyota Tacoma. The sales manager found what I wanted very quickly and put together a very good deal for my trade and the new truck. The sales representative (Sam Robinson) was very courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable of his products. The finance representative (Tyler) was also very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us some great financing options. The entire purchase experience was outstanding. Highly recommend this business.
