I'm visiting from the UK and needed to have the battery changed in my watch. Though I arrived at an inconvenient time, Andrew O'Donnell went out of his way to help me, was efficient, courteous and kind. He even walked out with me to my car, in the rain, with an umbrella. What a lovely guy ! 5 stars !
