“Dale at Keller Bros was great. We were able to make a deal from out of state, largely through text and email (due to him working around my schedule), and my wife flew up and picked up the van to drive back to Florida and was in and out in an hour.
The even had the van parked inside and ready for her when she arrived!

Best price around, very professional and informative.. when I left I had my check engine light come on so I swung back in and it was totally unrelated & threw a code for running to lean but the guys went ahead showed me my throttle body was disconnect so they hooked up back up for me free of charge and the car ran flawlessly back to harrisburg.. I can't recommend these guys enough! And will definitely be back.”

“My salesperson was Cody Wealand who I finally met after weeks of emailing waiting for the new cars to arrive.
I was interested in two cars and he showed me both allowing me to decide on my own which would be best for me. I chose the 25 Trailblazer and I'm so glad I did. I traded in an Equinox and really didn't need another one as I felt like downsizing was the way to go.
He made the sales process very easy and I picked the car up 3 days later. Cody is very personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful. It was pouring rain and he put the car in the service area so he could explain all the bells and whistles to me without me getting wet.
I have called him several times to be reminded of the settings etc. that I forgot already LOL and he even paired my phone up with the car.
Today I went back in to pick up the all weather mats I ordered and he was kind enough to install them for me.
I couldn't ask for a better salesperson and Frederick Chevrolet is lucky to have him.
I would recommend him to all of my friends.”

“I had a phantom electrical drain on my battery, which killed the battery overnight and prevented the car from starting. I called Bennett because I had given up troubleshooting and did not trust larger Central PA dealers. The service manager seemed genuinely concerned and spent about 15 minutes on the phone, getting the details necessary to discuss my issue with the lead technician. He called me back, gave me a diagnosis, cost estimate and probability of success. All of this without charge and before scheduling my appointment. [He could have blown some BS my way, scheduled the appointment and figured it out with the technician, on the clock at my expense. But he did not.] The service manager was as accommodating as possible with the schedule so as I could get my car back ASAP. The work was done, parts replaced, form/fit/finish are satisfactory, all at the estimated price. The drain on the battery is gone, just like he said.I would recommend Bennett.”
