“Nobody likes having an unfortunate accident... And in my case, I'm still beating myself up. Wheelchair user with hand controls. I have one car and getting a loaner just doesn't make any sense as I work from home, But I still need my car. As backed up as they were they still said "bring it on in we'll get er' done". It took a few weeks but I think they were faster and way more accurate than most around my area. They had no problem with me checking in and they were as friendly as could be when I called them on the phone for updates. The work, I have no words. It was a stupid fender bender but it really destroyed the front end of my car and I can't tell anything was ever wrong with it. It looks better than it looked before the accident. Can't recommend Simpsons body shop enough! Thanks so much for all the great work you guys did!!!! You will be recommended for any work in the future.”

“Going to Napa makes my day! They can get me parts quicker (often in stock) and cheaper than the dealer. The best thing is their service. I pulled in the other day, When I got to the counter, they had the part I had ordered ready to go for me! If I could give them a 6 star I would!”
“I had a phantom electrical drain on my battery, which killed the battery overnight and prevented the car from starting. I called Bennett because I had given up troubleshooting and did not trust larger Central PA dealers. The service manager seemed genuinely concerned and spent about 15 minutes on the phone, getting the details necessary to discuss my issue with the lead technician. He called me back, gave me a diagnosis, cost estimate and probability of success. All of this without charge and before scheduling my appointment. [He could have blown some BS my way, scheduled the appointment and figured it out with the technician, on the clock at my expense. But he did not.] The service manager was as accommodating as possible with the schedule so as I could get my car back ASAP. The work was done, parts replaced, form/fit/finish are satisfactory, all at the estimated price. The drain on the battery is gone, just like he said.I would recommend Bennett.”

They do mechanical work not just body work. Fair prices, fast work, honest mechanics. Albert's will try to save you money by only fixing what's necessary or telling you what they recommend. He even helped me troubleshoot my truck that I could not figure out the problem. Saved me from even bringing it in. But I am a returning customer so that may have been a favor. I will always take my vehicles here without fear of being taken advantage of!”

“Stopped in on the morning of July 4th as I just had to jump my truck because of a dead battery. It was before opening time and I knocked on the window and a man named Greg came to the door. I ask if I could purchase a new battery when the store opened and he said yes and immediately took the make and model of my truck.
As soon as they opened, I paid for my new battery as Greg had everything he needed to install the battery on a cart ready to go.
He installed the new battery in a couple minutes and I was on my way!
