Terrible customer service!! Associate kept leaving us, said she had to go talk to her manager to work some numbers!! We’re trying to replace a broken phone not buy a car!! We were there for an hour and a half!! No reason it should’ve taken so long and they didn’t even help us set up the phone or retrieve our information from the damaged phone!!!! AT&T is terrible wouldn’t recommend!

Will assist in identity theft by allowing customers to use fraudulent info. Will not assist at all in fixing the problem when the victim calls

I was really happy with the service I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.. The representatives name was Mike. And he really did a nice job of getting me up and going. I advised anybody that needs a phone please go to AT&T and Lebanon and you will receive good service.

Mat at the Lebanon store was very professional and polite during the entire visit. He explained everything to us regarding the new phone I purchased, he transferred everything from the old phone to the new phone with ease. I would recommend anyone that has an issue with their phone to visit the Lebanon store, I could not be more satisfied.

Maddy was super patient throughout our entire transaction. Our family visited the AT&T store hoping to update 3 phones and it was not necessarily an easy transaction but Maddy handled everything with ease! I highly recommended working with her!

I ordered two phones for my parents for Christmas and they could only have them shipped to an AT&T in Lebanon, Pa (mind you that’s 2 hours from my house). I called them today to confirm their hours and was told they closed at 8:00. I pull into the parking lot at 7:02 and there’s a sign on the door that says they’re closing at 7:00 (let’s not forget the confirmed phone call that they “close at 8:00”). Not only were they closing early BUT they left the store completely unlocked as two employees were in the back. I entered the store for 5 minutes to see if anyone could assist me but nobody could be found (seems safe right?). I was sitting in the parking lot on the phone with another AT&T when two of the employees walked out. I asked them if there was anyway I could receive my two phones since I traveled so far and was told an incorrect closing time. These phones were already paid for and all he could tell me was he was sorry. This manager never tried to help solve the issue. Instead he chose to lock the door (the correct way this time) and walk away from me. I spoke to a manager from another AT&T store down the road and was told that all the other manager needed to do was check our receipt and give us the phones since they were already paid for. But said manager chose to walk away and only give an apology after I traveled 2 hours to a store that chose to close an hour early. I will never be back to this store and I sure hope they treat their future customers better.

Backstory, 65, two mini strokes affecting comprehension skills. Told my sales person this upfront, and she was quite helpful and explaining how all my transactions could be done. While purchasing a new phone, transferring data on to an older phone. I truly appreciated her patience and her kindness.Would seek Kristin out again if in need arises.
