I had a very good experience at Harry’s furniture. Diane was knowledgeable and put me at ease while shopping. They even had an air hockey game and playroom for the children while I browsed furniture. The furniture arrived and had tags on saying made in the Southern USA. We also chose the manual mechanism instead of the electric to avoid electrical repairs down the road. The Delivery team was on time with our order and quite friendly. We are loving our sectional and recliners. I highly recommend Harry’s Furniture!

Wow that was shocking! Granted I was being critical of the quality of the furniture at the end of business hours. I never thought I was personally insulting someone. I’ve never been kicked out of a store before. And I sincerely apologized. That was so unprofessional. Really that was shocking.

The buying experience was excellent. We were given lots of time and no pressure to buy. Things went downhill after that. I did not receive the chair I ordered and the motor went out on its power recliner on the fourth usage. When contacted they told me to bring the chair back ( I live outside their delivery area) and they will replace it with the one I ordered. Having to move the heavy chair and travel 45 minutes to their store is a huge inconvenience. Hopefully I will get the chair I ordered this time.My wife also ordered a recliner but finds it not nearly as comfortable as the same model in the store. It also has a decidedly right leaning tilt to it.To update I finally got the correct chair and it is fine. Took my wifey chair back and it was supposedly fixed but still has a decide tilt to the right. When I called to complain they insisted it was fixed. If I wanted to bring it back they would refund $200. Probably so they could put it in their used furniture store And sell it for $800. If I could I would change the rating to no stars.

This was a very pleasant place to visit. We weren't being hounded down to buy something. He checked if we were good 3 times which is the perfect amount and we walked out feeling good about the prices and options Harry's had. Would recommend for new furniture

We bought a recliner couch and a small dinette set! It was the best experience buying from them. They were not at all pushy, and told us to take our time. We will always go there for furniture!!! Thank you HARRY'S FURNITURE?

Idk what the 1 star review is for this place is amazing. They have everything you need and sure things are on back order but so are every other furniture store. The staff is friendly and know what they are talking about. And the delivery guys definitely need a raise. Some top notch people.

We ordered a recliner last June and was delivered April 5th. We paid over $1100 and IT IS NOT WHAT WE WANTED on the order OR COLOR. We tried to tell them this is the chair We got NOT WHAT WE WANTED. They refused to refund the money . BE AWARE anyone that orders from them they will place your order but u might not get what u wanted. I will never buy from them again and BUYER BEWARE.money is more important to them then pleasing their customers

I bought a recliner And wanted a rocker/recliner and ordered 10 months ago. Finally got it and it is not what we wanted. It isn't a rocker/recliner or the right color. Only having chair(which finally came) after less than a week we tried to tell them we are not happy with it because it's not what we ordered and they refuse to give our money back. IF U ORDER FROM THEM BEWARE.U MIGHT GET SOMETHING NOT WHAT U WANTED!!!!! Apparently they don't care about customers because they lost another one and I would never recommend anyone go there!!!!!

They have a large selection, but we didn't find what we where looking for. All new furniture is on backorder. It's a supply chain problem with approximately a 7 month wait.

Without going into specifics, I was told one thing and experienced something completely different after traveling 30 minutes to their store. I am very disappointed with their sales staff. I don’t want to hear “with times being the way they are currently” as an excuse for poor customer service. Apologies are always nice to hear but the lady in the used furniture store didn’t seem to think she needed to offer one. I had purchased both new and used furniture from Harry’s in the past and had been referring this store to friends but will not anymore.
