Usually other pharmacies give a partial refill if your medication ? runs out. Pharmacist need to be reported to the PA state licensing board. Stated go have a stroke and take yourself to the ER. Probably the most unprofessional individual with zero patient care. This guy needs his license revoked. Valid script for a hypertension medication sent in via the doctors office the next morning with read receipt confirmation. Doctors Office called and verified but this Leola pharmacy lies and lies. Said there’s a “glitch” and the script never came through. Out of pure spite to cover the pharmacist from the day prior.File all complaints through the PA licensing board.

Half the lanes are self checkout but I still never wait long to checkout which is a large improvement over past years, and I've been shopping here since it was built. The deli service is good but seems to of recently cut out a lot of common sliced meats like for example you can't even buy capicola ham here anymore!. The produce department is kept very nice and clean and orderly and there is a Brandon who works in produce and he is excellent, very friendly and always helpful if I have a question. All in all it's generally a friendly fast place to shop????

I'm in here all the time, between my and my kids physical and mental health scripts. They're never pleasant at all, but they usually get the lowest common denominator of the job done. Once I had to transfer something and they were like "you're on your own with that" . I know what to expect, but I usually get my meds and they're 5 minutes from my house ?♀️

Literally no one is EVER nice to me at this pharmacy. They don’t care about people’s mental health or helping solve an issue. I’ve been out of my medicine for over a week now because they said they contacted my doctor but never did. I would have called my doctor over a week ago and did it myself if I had known they didn’t actually submit a request for refill. I work in customer service myself so please, treat your customers with some respect and kindness. It’s a pharmacy for crying out loud… half your customers are there for mental health. Leave the field if you can’t handle being nice.

Stopped here to get a few things and see some of the employees I worked there. Asked one guy about using the upstairs bathroom since the first floor one was occupied or mistakingly by someone. This J*** says, " You can't use the upstairs restroom which is B******** It's for EVERYONE. Went to customer service and had them page the Manager, Steve. Steve agreed with me. Steve, Sarah, Candy, Keith and the young lady at the customer service dest were all Very nice. NOT SO for that MORON who was TRYING TO SAY, I can't. Hey A******* I CAN and I DID ! If I weren't allowed to use the restroom, GUESS WHO BE THE PORTER mopping up ? YOU ! ! !

Where are the BAGGERS? I don't need anyone saying, Hello," as I enter or, "Have a good night," as I leave. How about having those two people BAG for customers??? I am tired of bagging my own groceries. Customer service.... includes.... bagging my groceries FOR me.

Went to this store today to shop. Big deal, with arrows on the floor, people directing you if you go the wrong way, somebody standing outside cleanining carts etc. And more than 50% of customers not wearing masks, standing cheek to cheek in checkout aisle line? What did I miss about governors order for all to wear masks, and WHY is Giant letting them in store to risk my family and I's health. Typical Giant it's all for show bottom line is all that is important! And BTW Weis has had TP, towels and sanitizer on and off over that last several weeks, haven't seen any of thses products in the store in over a month. Think I know where we should shop in the future.

I have found the store to be very helpful. If I can't find a product, customer service will walk me right down to where it is. If they don't have it in stock, they have ordered product for me.
