“they had a wide selection of furniture that we were looking for . the lady that rang us up completely messed up the transaction and when trying to correct did it again. we thought it was corrected. we actually had to end up calling the manager the next day to get resolved. he was very helpful.the store had a lot of nice stuff. just make sure it is being rung up properly.”

“I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.
This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge). The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy! I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.
On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in
perfect condition! I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level! And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally! I am beyond thrilled.
So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us! I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!”

“My recent purchase from this store was one of the easiest and satisfying purchases i have ever made. In need of a recliner so my wife and i visited the La-Z-Boy gallery were we were greeted by a polite and friendly sales associate Anyali, who listened to my needs and quickly found several options. I was left to sample the options without feeling pressured, while Anya showed my wife other furniture opitions. The first recliner the Anya showed me was the right choice, she quickly and efficiently completed the sale. Anya then informed me to bring my vehicle to the loading area, once there i found Anya had single handedly brought the recliner ( the floor model on clearance) to the dock, dismantled it, and help me to load it into my vehicle. My wife also found an ottaman we "needed" which Anya found also on an incredible discount.I can not express my gratitude and thanks to Anyali. They didn't have the style we wanted on display so the Sales Manager, Marlin, went to their warehouse with his colleague and built it for us in under 30 mins. They have Amish furniture on display including tables, cabinets etc. But they also feature table tops made of various domestic hardwoods, such as the hard-to-find chestnut. Most of their wood comes from reclaimed barnwood. An amazing store.”

They even had an air hockey game and playroom for the children while I browsed furniture. The furniture arrived and had tags on saying made in the Southern USA. We also chose the manual mechanism instead of the electric to avoid electrical repairs down the road. The Delivery team was on time with our order and quite friendly.
