“I wanted to set up an account with BB&T, and I called about 25 minutes before they closed (on the weekend), asking if I can come in and do that yet. They said I could possibly. So I got there about 10 minutes before closing. They kindly helped me set up another account. It even went a later than what they were opened for. Their customer service went above and beyond to meet my need! Thanks for the the good service and for being willing to meet that need.”
“The ATM had an issue and didn't give me the money it said it did. I went into the lobby. Devin helped me. She looked at my account and explained how the amount would be credited back to me when the ATM closed that day. Unprompted, she then called me the next day to let me know that she checked my account again and everything was fixed. I appreciate the initiative!”

“They are good only to their customers & they don't seem to want to keep them. I was charged $5 for cashing a check from one of their customers. Previously, I went into bank with one of their customers & tried to ask to use the bathroom. Tried, because I didn't even get the sentence out, when the manager very rudely told me they didn't have one. Obviously, Fulton bank has enough customers because they're very rude to non customers. Way to go Manager at Fulton bank in Leola.Only bank around here that charged $5. Now their customers are annoyed. Good job!”
