Took my cars there YEARS ago when they weren't under warrenty. Now have a car out of warrenty and I'm back. Great service.When I was much younger I had a VW that the clutch died at 3:00 AM. Had it towed to Rice and he had it fixed and running before I even called at 8 the next day.Great mechanic

We have been going to Rich for years with nothing but great results. I feel I can take our car to him, and he will ensure that it is safe for us to drive and that he doesn't overcharge or charge us for something we don't need. INCREDIBLY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! I drive an '11 Kia Optima & it was $654 for inspection & 4 Mastercraft tires (not exactly a named brand like Bridgestone or Goodyear). This is EXPLICITLY why u should NEVER buy tires at a body shop. The better thing to do would've been to find the tires myself & take 'em to Rice's to put on. Unfortunately due to logistical reasons, I needed my car done in 1 day, & that's the 1 thing they actually did well...that & they were courteous & professional. My advice, if ur takin' ur car to a body shop for insp. & there's even a chance u might need tires, find 'em urself.

My AC has been broken for years. I never had it looked at because I thought it would cost to much. Richard Rice fixed my AC today and I'm so happy and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will be calling Rice's for my next issue.

Genuine, kind people who helped us out with brake issues while on a cross-country trip, relocating to our new home. They took us in right away, fixed the issue quickly so we could finish our trip.
