Lakeshore purchased this community in early 2019. they promised residents all new roads. the lot rent went from 500.00 to 675.00 as of 9/1/2023. We still have terrible roads as they never kept their promises—just the facts. Ride through here and destroy your vehicle's front end. At any speed.

The pricing on the food is fair. The food that is brought to the tables gives you the feeling that someone is cooking it at home. Nice comforting surroundings clean and nice big windows to look out. There are booths tables counters and a room in the back for more

Any person who knowingly poisons an animal in PA is committing a crime. If you have a feral cat issue you need to follow proper steps. A TNR program can be put in place to help control the population. Poisoning is cruel and inhumane and won't wok because without monitoring there will just be more . Please anonymously report any sightings of animal poisoning Thank you

It’s a horrible place, They cram homes as close together as they can, You can’t have certain dog breeds like husky’s because they are labeled as a “dangerous” breed, you can’t have fences or a wash line in your yard, They are trying to poison stray cats to get ride of them because they are “damaging the new homes” and diving new buyers away, you can’t have anything other then a curtain coving your windows or you get a fine for it, One more thing about the dogs if you don’t get ride of your “dangerous dog” they evict you and you only have 24hrs to get rid of said animal, I lived here before the new owners came in and I had a German shepherd the new owners tried to make us put our dog down or we had to move so we had to go through a process of getting are dog papers to become a service dog just so we could keep him and live in this horrible place. The people that work there are also very rude

Place had a few different names thru the years. The locals know about the bad reputation that's built up. Quiet these days though. The previous owners let it fall into disrepair--20 years of neglect.As of now, 2021, alotta new homes are being installed which has left rock and mud everywhere which makes the already cratered roads more difficult to navigate. The new homes are super tight, no space between.Lot rent currently is $580 (very pricey for the area). I heard that they want to jack up the lot rent to a $1000 a month--good luck. Supposedly the roads are getting resurfaced in 2022.

Hate this place, You cannot have a fence, some residents are very rude and get favored by the main office people, and gunshots go off almost every night, also are not allowed to have snakes because they are considered "Exotic Pets" and are only givin 24 hours to get rid of it or you get evicted, Also if you have any pet that is allowed in the park you have to pay so much more extra then you would at any other park. The trailers are so Tight to gether you basically get no yard and the new ones aren't even built right, We had a water problem a little while ago and they knew about it but they didn't even tell us nor tried to help Us instead it was there for nearly a week And they did nothing when they knew about it. We had some left over would in our yard because there was a tree where they put our trailer they said they would get it out but nearly a year later it is still there. You can not have a fence up even if you have dogs and own the place the only way to have a fence of is if you owned a trailer beforehand and even then when the fence is old you are asked to get it taken down and cannot rebuild it or get a new one. Worst place I ever lived wish I Never rented it.

Never felt more unsafe in my life gunshots go off nearly every night and if not that every weekend we had to board up our doors every night so that way we could feel safer the rent It's very expensive and the houses aren't even built right. You never going Here ever again And I hope you don't have pets because they will charge A lot just for one pet and if you have a pet that is not a regular one such as a snake you will get Told to get rid of it in 24 hours or you will get you evicted.

They were very rude when I called to inquire about a rental property. Had to call several times as they never called me back. The pet policy was unbelievable high. I asked about moving in my own trailer. I have an indoor cat that never goes out side, they said I had to pay the same as if they did go out. You cant have a fence, cant plant flowers, cant have a garden cant have a clothes line. Butthere are residents therethat have all the above. Cant hang pictures.i would not recommend this place.

Worst place I have ever lived, the office is rude, they over charge on everything. I have never felt so unwelcomed and treated so horribly. If I could give zero stars I would. You have no freedom to do anything. They do daily checks on yards, favor residents. So u may not be able to hang laundry, but ur neighbor can. They rush through the signing of lease....and in a month or or 2 after ur settled in u will get a visit from a inspector. We had a family snake in a fish tank and had to get rid of it. I would run. This place is joke.

Homes are to close together if there's a fire alot homes will go up together. Not enough yard space.
