Five stars! The pharmacists, Angie and Joe, and pharmacy technicians are outstanding. They’re professional, pleasant, and have solved insurance delays for my medication. The staff in the store is equally professional and helpful. Latrobe is fortunate to have them.

The Staff at this Walgreens is absolutely rude when it comes to customer service. I asked the shift lead a simple question on product placement. I received a snarky response from the "shift lead" Tara and a finger point to where the item could be found. she was very rude to my wife and I. Seemed more interested in returning to her conversation with an older lady stocking shelves. If it were worth the hassle I'd call corporate but it's not worth my time. Just will switch back to CVS or rite aid. This isn't my first bad experience with this store. Ms. Tara and the others seem to be more concerned about relaxing time and talking than helping customers. Really a first for me. I think corporate should come take a look at this "click"

Went for a passport photo because I was trying to prepare for the application process at the post office, but it was a waste of time and money since the photo was refused by the post office as being non conforming to passport requirements. When I went back with the written note from the postal clerk showing how the photo was unacceptable, the Walgreens employee (who had taken the photo) told me all photos were non refundable and that the postal employee was just trying to get more money from me by taking the photo herself. Not likely since I knew the postal employee personally, having worked with her in the past as a postal carrier. So do not go to Walgreens for a passport photo. Stick with the post office since they are responsible for accepting and forwarding passport applications to the state department.

Very clean \\u0026 organized pharmacy with nice wide isles. Only downfall was a very personal conversation between coworkers that sounded like it was about another coworker.

I came here because these allergies were kicking my butt. So much so that I started to feel the sinus problems coming on. Knowing what I needed I headed towards the pharmacy. But prior to that I had to grab the card for the medication I needed off the shelf and then go to the pharmacy counter, an unneeded step in the process if you ask me. For this visit, it was definitely a very unneeded step for me. The card I took with me, they just happened to be out of, however they did have the off brand, which I was fine with. I do have to say that the guy working the pharmacy counter did at least attempt to make it right. Most people would have been over it and just told me they did not have it. He did look over everything they had back there that was similar and let me know what was the case. Saving me from having to back to the aisle and look over the cards for all the other medications. I did not go through the rest of the store, but I could tell that this was set up just like all the other ones out there. The access to the lot is a bit wonky so do be careful when entering/exiting the lot.

From Florida to Oklahoma to Ohio and Pennsylvania, without exception, this is THE WORST, THE LEAST PROFESSIONAL Walgreens I have ever been in!!! My family and I called the Latrobe store looking for an Able Life Auto Assist Grab Bar. Our brother was weak from dialysis and needing assistance getting in and out of my car. We were in Johnstown, PA and had checked everywhere with no luck so we began searching in cities 30+ miles away. A lady from the pharmacy area stated (over the phone) that they only had two (2) of them and they would hold them at the front counter since we were coming from such a great distance. When we arrived, were met with an "I don't care/ don't bother me" attitude. A cashier asked me if I knew the difference between Walgreens and Walmart. Unbelievable. Every female there denied having the phone conversation. We showed several people the call log and confirmed that was in fact their phone number. EVERY employee except the pharmacy tech was beyond arrogant. I will continue to shop at Walgreens, but NEVER at Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
