Cleanliness: I took my elderly parents to have manicures and pedicures at Ultra Nails, not only did they do a fantastic job on our nails, they were so gentle, helpful and patient with them. I highly recommend Ultra Nails. They are very efficient and the establishment is clean.

Worst nails I’ve ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Extremely lazy and rude. Would not fix the horrible nails and charged me 70$. I still have acrylic on my fingers, unbelievably wavy, didn’t even file them, ridiculously thick, and left the old color on the sides. This should be illegal.

my nails were crooked and not even the full way painted. danny was really the only good one. it's a cute place and they're sweet just not that good at nails

There is one good tech here so I go when I am in the area if he is available despite the fact that the techs are usually on their cell phones speaking in their native language the whole time and will NOT interact in any way. Today I took my granddaughter who is 5. They were RUDE RUDE RUDE to her. She simply wanted to sit next to me - which both chairs were empty- to have her nails painted. They wouldn’t accommodate and she was frightened. When I tried to inquire if their only female tech could do it they ignored me. Rude is an understatement truly. We went across the street to Envy Nails and they were sooooooo much nicer. I will NEVER go back and pay these people to be rude again. Think twice before you go here if you care about how they treat you.

They need to replace the last pedicure chair in the corner. . It has been broken for quite sometime.. when massaging it pokes your back and hurts you. Something must be broken internally.

The guy that did my nails didn't even ask me what shape I wanted. My appointment was so rushed and he was beyond rough. While filing my nails he literally made me wince in pain from filing so hard. I've never had an experience like this at any nail salon. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he replied with "oh I'm not doing that" like....what? So I just told him just to do a design he was comfortable with. He has another guy come over and give me a design. After he was done I was rushed out the door. I do not recommend this salon to anyone! I will never be back! I also have a birth defect on my one nail and he pointed it out and started laughing. My nails are already chipping and it's only been a week and I also got gel which should last at least 3 or more weeks.Service: Acrylic nails

Did a phenomenal job on my daughter and her friend's nails. Everyone was very nice and sociable also which made it not awkward for the girls who are teens. They love their nails and we will definitely be going back and staying here. Thank you for doing exactly what the girls asked for.

this was the worst nail salon i have ever been to. we went in and i asked for two pink colors for my gel nails. and instead he did an off white color...never again!they also looked messy around the edges.btw it loos better in the photo but it does not loo good in person
